Refund Policy – Wild Hue Studio

At Wild Hue Studio, each painting is a unique, handmade work of art. Because of this, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every painting, but in rare cases, damage may occur during transit.
To qualify for a refund:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

  • Return the item to us in the original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm the damage and process your refund.


2. Return Shipping for Damaged Items

  • Customers are responsible for returning the damaged artwork before a refund can be issued.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and secure packaging for the return.


3. No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse or Custom Orders

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Custom or commissioned artworks.

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or size due to the handmade nature of the work.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a damaged item, please email us at:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage.


5. Refund Process

  • Once the return is received and approved, we will issue your refund.

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
