Wild Hue Studio provides original, handmade oil paintings on canvas. All artworks are shipped rolled in protective tubes unless otherwise stated. These Terms govern your use of our site and services.

2. Product Information

All artworks are:

  • 100% handmade with oil on canvas.

  • Original and one-of-a-kind.

  • Shipped rolled in a sturdy protective tube (not framed or stretched).

We strive for accurate product descriptions and images; however, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to the handmade nature of the art.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 4–5 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

  • All sales are final once the order is placed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping typically takes 3–6 business days, depending on location.

  • We use reputable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or others based on your region.

  • International shipping is available. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the original and custom nature of each artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If your painting arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will work with you to provide a suitable solution (refund or replacement if possible).

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Wild Hue Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

7. Custom Orders

We welcome custom commissions. Custom orders are subject to individual agreements regarding timeframe and pricing, and are non-refundable once production begins.

8. Payment & Security

  • We accept secure payments via Shopify’s integrated checkout system, including major credit cards and other available payment methods.

  • All transactions are encrypted and secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wild Hue Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised Effective Date.
